This includes, but is not limited to, client and advisor education, in-depth design, underwriting at both the insurance carrier level and financial institution level, and long term management of financed insurance solutions.
 
GBFG® Ability and experience in financing Universal Life (incl. Index and Survivorship products) as well as Whole Life insurance policies. The lending platform is only available to professionals with whom we have a strong collaborative relationship and/or who are referred and endorsed by insurance carriers with whom we have a strong relationship. 
Advisors and clients can choose from three different service levels:

  1. GBFGPreservation® – GB Financial Group is actively involved in the transaction design, point of sale and the life underwriting process.
  2. Windward Capital Partners – No involvement in the sales process; Windward Capital Partners only involved as loan processor and servicing agent.
  3. GBFG Advisory – Fee-based consulting services, providing in-depth analysis of current risk exposure on existing life insurance coverage and life insurance premium finance arrangements.
